Helix Consulting was founded in 2020, built on practical business experience, adaptability, and a clear understanding of how quickly the digital world was changing.
Before Helix, John’s background was rooted in real business operations in Trinidad — sales, marketing, customer relationships, and commercial problem-solving within a family business environment. That experience shaped the way Helix works today: commercially aware, solutions-focused, and grounded in what businesses actually need rather than what sounds impressive on paper.
Helix was launched during a time of global disruption, when businesses everywhere were forced to rethink how they operated, communicated, and were found online. As that shift accelerated, so did the demand for better websites, stronger digital foundations, improved visibility, and more confident use of technology.
That journey was further strengthened through work with a UK agency, expanding exposure to international standards, processes, and best practices. Since then, Helix has continued to evolve into a globally minded consultancy with the flexibility to support businesses in the Caribbean, USA, UK, and beyond.
